وافقت الهيئة الإدارية لجمعية نشامى ملكا في الزرقاء خلال الاجتماع الذي عقدته برئاسة يحيى الملكاوي / أبو الأمين على تبنّي مُبادرة (معاً ضد التطرّف) في المملكة، وتكليف المُستشار محمد الملكاوي المُستشار السياسي والأمني والخبير الإعلامي في مجال مكافحة التطرّف والإرهاب مُنسقاً عاماً لها.

وقال المُستشار الملكاوي بأن محاور المُبادرة ترتكز على التصدّي للتطرّف المُجتمعي ورفض خِطاب الكراهية وتعزيز الحوار الإيجابي المسؤول بين المواطنين، وترسيخ التسامح والعيش المُشترك بينهم وصولاً إلى شراكة مُجتمعية حقيقة لحياة آمنة في وطن ينعُم بالأمن والسلام ومنطقة مُستقرّة.

وأشار إلى أن مُبادرة (معاً ضد التطرّف) تهدف إلى تأسيس حاضنة في الأردن للتصدّي للتطرّف المُجتمعي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والخليج العربي، واعتبار عام 2020 بداية عمل مُجتمعي في المنطقة ضد التطرّف الذي تُعاني منه العديد من الدول العربية، ومحاولة إرساء دعائم مُجتمعية وشعبية تُحارب التطرّف والإرهاب خلال العقد القادم.

كما أشار المُستشار الملكاوي إلى أن المُبادرة ستعمل بطريقة عملية وغير تقليدية على بناء شراكات مع منظمات مجتمع مدني أردنية في مختلف مناطق المملكة للتصدي للتطرّف والإرهاب الذي قد تُعاني منه الأسر المدارس والجامعات ودور العبادات والمُدن والقُرى والمُجتمع بشكل كامل، هذا إضافة إلى العمل مع منظمات شبيهة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والعالم.

وأكد بأنه سيتم استحداث مركزٍ ضمن المُبادرة لتلقي الشكاوى والاقتراحات بحق الأشخاص الذين يُعانون من التطرّف وخطاب الكراهية بهدف دراسة الحالات وتقديم الدعم النفسي والمعنوي والإرشادي لهم بالتنسيق مع عائلاتهم ومع الجهات المُختصة، كخطوة رئيسية حتى لا يتحوّل الشخص المُتطرّف إلى إرهابي في مراحل لاحقة، ويُصبح ضرراً على المُجتمع والمنطقة والعالم.

وقال الملكاوي أنه سيتم توفير التدريب والإرشاد اللازم لبعض الآباء والأمهات الذين تُعاني أسرهم من أفرادٍ متُطرّفين على آليات التعامل الحكيم معهم لإعادة دمجهم في الأسرة والمُجتمع بشكل صحي وسليم، ومُحاولة استدراج هؤلاء الأشخاص إلى جلساتٍ علاجية مُغلقة في المركز بُغية إرشادهم وتوجيههم التوجيه الصحيح نحو حياة طبيعية آمنة، ليكونوا أفراداً صالحين في المُجتمع من جهة، إضافة إلى التعرّف على الظروف الخارجية التي جعلت منهم مُتطرّفين داخل أسرهم ومُجتمعهم من جهة أخرى، فيما سيتعاون المركز مع خبراء ومُختصين في هذا المجال.

وأوضح بأنه سيتم التعاون أيضاً مع الجهات الرسمية والمنظمات الأردنية والإقليمية والدولية لإنجاح هذه المُبادرة التي ستخدم ليس فقط الأردن وإنما العديد من دول المنطقة، خاصة تلك التي تُعاني من التطرّف والإرهاب كسوريا والعراق ولبنان واليمن وليبيا ومصر وبعض دول الخليج العربي.

وعلى ذات الصعيد قال رئيس الجمعية يحيى الملكاوي / أبو الأمين بأن جمعية نشامى ملكاي في الزرقاء هي أول مؤسسة مجتمع مدني أردنية تعمل بشكل عملي وميداني وعن قُرب في مجال مكافحة التطرّف في المُجتمع لهذا أطلقت هذا المشروع الريادي الذي سيؤسس إلى أرضية مُجتمعة قوّية لدعم الجهود الحكومية والشعبية في هذا المجال.

Together Against Extremism in Jordan & M. E.

          During a meeting chaired by Yahya Malkawi the chairman of Nashama Malka organization (a Jordanian NGO) agreed to adopt initiative "Together Against Extremism” in Jordan and the Middle East, and appointed the political and security adviser Mohammed Al-Malkawi as general coordinator for the initiative, depending on his experience in counter-extremism and counter-terrorism in Jordan and the Middle East.

          The adviser Al-Malkawi said that the themes of the initiative are based on confronting extremism in the society, and rejecting hate speech, and promoting positive and responsible dialogue between people, and consolidating community tolerance and co-existence, and leading a true community partnership for a secure life in a peaceful and stable country and region.

          He pointed out that the initiative "Together Against Extremism in Jordan & M. E.” aims to establish an incubator in Jordan to address social extremism in the Middle East and the Arab Gulf region, and to consider 2020 the beginning of community action in the region against extremism, especially in the countries that suffer from extremism and terrorism.

           Al-Malkawi also noted that the initiative will work in a practical and new ways by building partnerships with Jordanian and regional and international organizations, and official departments to counter extremism and terrorism in families, schools, universities, houses of worship, cities, villages, camps and all the society.

          He said also that the initiative will found a Center to receive complaints and suggestions against people who suffer from extremism and hate speech in order to study cases and provide psychological, moral and counseling support to them in coordination with their families and competent authorities, as a key step so that the extremist does not turn into a terrorist in later stages, and become a harmful to the society and the region and the world.

          Al-Malkawi assure that there will be training and guidance for some parents whose families suffer from extremist individuals on the mechanisms of wise treatment to reintegrate them into the family and the community in a healthy and proper ways, and try to lure these people to closed treatment sessions in the center in order to guide and aware them to the right direction towards a safe and normal life, to be good members of the society on the one hand, as well as to identify the external circumstances that made them extremists within their families and society in the other hand, and the Center will cooperate with experts and specialists in this field

          He explained also that the center will cooperate with the official authorities and Jordanian, regional and international organizations to insure the success of this initiative, to serve not only Jordan but many countries in the region, especially those suffering from extremism and terrorism such as Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Libya, Egypt and some Arab Gulf countries.

          On the other hand, the chairman Yahya Malkawi said that Nashama Malka Organization in Zarka is the first Jordanian NGO works practically in this field to counter-extremism in Jordan and the M. E.
